Chances are if you stumbled across this page, you have just seen or heard of King Kong Company at a Festival in the UK. We’ll be honest, we’re fairly unknown in the UK, but the responses we’ve been getting have been amazing. Here’s us getting to tick one off the bucket list by playing the Sunday afternoon at Glastonbury 2017:
So here’s a few things about us to quickly bring you up to speed.
1. We make and play banging tunes like this one, Spacehopper, live from Electric Picnic in Ireland:
2. The person with the box on their head is called Boxhead, here she is holding a can of Commotion Lotion (our own Buckfast infused beer!)
3. Our album was produced by Neil McLellan who has produced all of The Prodigy’s albums since Music For The Jilted Generation! The album isn’t available in the UK yet but we do have some tracks on Spotify/YouTube/iTunes so you can have a listen. Like this one, Scarity Dan;
4. Yes we have our own Buckfast infused beer, created with the guys at YellowBelly Beer in Ireland. It’s a tasty, fruity, tonic wine-y 4.4% beer that, like our album, is not yet available in the UK.
5. Come see us in the UK, there’s a free beer in it for you! Besides playing at Glastonbury andย Y Not Festival, we’re also playingย Boomtown Fair (August 10th – 13th) and Beautiful Days (August 18th – 20th).
In the meantime here’s one more track from the album; Donkey Jaw;

We’re looking forward to playing. First time there, but some of the lads have been there for a session and said it was great.
